These sessions may include trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. Typically, therapeutic massage sessions focus on one to three specific areas of the body.
($115 for 60 min. // $130 for 75 min. // $150 for 90 min.)

Relaxation Massage

This is just what it sounds like: an opportunity to relax, soften, and calm your nervous system. This soothing, full-body treatment will leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Relaxation sessions typically include a mix of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and myofascial release techniques.

Chair Massage

I offer chair massage for events! I’m available for 2-4 hours of total massage time at events in the Philadelphia metro area. Chair massage usually works best when I can offer 10-20 minute massages for attendees. Please email me for more info and rates.
